Subject:Meeting Dates for 2017
Recommendation
Review the 2017 meeting dates and approve the cancellation of the Regular meeting of
December 26, 2017.
Background
The Regular meetings of the City Council and the Successor Agency are set in the Municipal
Code as the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month. The Council has the authority to cancel
meetings as necessary.
Discussion
The meeting of December 26, 2017, is to be held on the day after Christmas. Due to the
potential of a lack of quorum because of the holiday, it is recommended that the meeting be
cancelled.
All remaining meeting dates for the year, as listed in Exhibit A, do not pose any foreseen
conflicts at this time.

There is no cost associated with this item.
