start of the meeting and turn it into the Authority Secretary. The Chair will call on you to

CONSENT CALENDAR
(All matters on the Consent Calendar are approved in one motion, unless an Authority
Member or any member of the public requests separate action on a specific item.)
1)Parking Authority Designation of Officers, Personnel Rules and
Regulations, Conflict of Interest Code, Time and Place of Holding Regular
Meeting, Bylaws and a Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement
Recommendation:adopt A RESOLUTION OF THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF LAKE
ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A
JOINT EXERCISE OF POWERS AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF
LAKE ELSINORE AND THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF LAKE
ELSINORE; and,
adopt A RESOLUTION OF THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF LAKE
ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING OFFICERS OF THE PARKING
AUTHORITY, ADOPTING PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS AND A
CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE AND PROVIDING FOR THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HOLDING REGULAR MEETING OF THE PARKING AUTHORITY; and,
adopt A RESOLUTION OF THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF LAKE
ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING BYLAWS OF THE AUTHORITY
