QUITCLAIM DEED
FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt and adequacy of which are hereby
acknowledged, the undersigned, the SUCCESSOR AGENCY OF THE REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, a public entity organized and existing under
California Health and Safety Code Section 34173 (“Transferor”), hereby remises, releases and
forever quitclaims to the CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, a California municipal corporation
(“Grantee”), all right, title and interest Transferor has in, under and to that certain real property
described in the attached Exhibit “A” and incorporated by reference herein (the “Property”),
located in the City of Lake Elsinore, County of Riverside, State of California. Transferor intends
that this Quitclaim Deed be a release and waiver of all rights Transferor has or may have in the
Property.

AGENCY OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, a public entity organized and existing under
California Health and Safety Code Section 34173 (“Successor Agency”), to the CITY OF LAKE
ELSINORE, a California municipal corporation, is hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on
behalf of the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore (“City Council”) pursuant to authority
conferred by Resolution No. 99-17 of the City Council adopted on March 23, 1999 and the City of
Lake Elsinore consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
