Re: Election to Annex Property to Community Facilities District No. 2015-1 of the City of
Lake Elsinore (Safety Services)
City Clerk:
At our request, the City of Lake Elsinore, acting as the legislative body of Community
Facilities District No. 2015-1 of the City of Lake Elsinore (Safety Services) (the "District'),
undertook proceedings to annex the property described in Exhibit "A" to this letter to the District.
We have been informed that due to a typographical error, Proposition A and Proposition B
voted upon by us in the election for the annexation proceeding, incorrectly referenced Resolution No.
2016-119 (and attachments thereto) and should instead have referenced Resolution No. 2016-150
(and attachments thereto). We hereby confirm that the typographical error did not affect our vote and
our vote would have remained the same had both Proposition A and Proposition B referenced the
correct resolution number (and attachments thereto). Please replace the ballot in your files with the
enclosed ballot that correctly references Resolution No. 2016-150 (and attachments thereto).

forbidden and make the ballot void.

Elsinore and obtain another.
