Subject: Alberhill Villages DEIR Comments Soboba
Grant and Richard,
Attached you will find formal comments to the DEIR for Alberhill Villages,
One significant comments was to CR -1: the inclusion of monitoring by both tribes on a rotating schedule. This provides
an equal opportunity for both tribes to have a representative on site without an additional impact on the developer.
The second specific is to CR -4: A conflict resolution clause in the event that both tribes cannot agree on a place for final
disposition. The inclusion of a third party facility as a default would effectively resolve any issues that could possibly
delay the progress of the project.
Please let me know if these amendments will be included in the final draft for council approval. If not, then let me know
so that I can make arrangements to head on out a voice the tribes amendments at tonight's hearing.
