FIRST AMENDMENT to AGREEMENT FOR PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION
AP CONSTRUCTION GROUP INC.
For the DIAMOND STADIUM HVAC PROJEGT
CIP PROJECT NO. RDA Z2OOO3
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT is made and entered into as of March 8, 2016 by and between the
Successor Agency of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lake Elsinore, ("City"), and AP
Construction Group lnc. ("Contractor"). ln consideration of the mutual covenants and conditions
set forth herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. This Amendment is made with respect to the following facts and purposes:
a. On December 1, 2015, the City and Contractor entered into an agreement entitled
"Consultant Services Agreement for Public Works Construction AP Construction Group
lnc. for the Diamond Stadium HVAC Project.
b. The parties now desire to increase the agreement amount for an additional forty eight
thousand one hundred thirty seven dollars and ninety five cents (948,'137.95) and amend
the Agreement as set forth in this Amendment.
2. Compensation of the Agreement is hereby amended to increase the amount that the City
agrees to pay the Contractor by forty-eight thousand one hundred thirty-seven dollars and
ninety five cents ($48,137.95) for a total nolto-exceed amount of one million two hundred
eighty seven thousand one hundred thirty seven dollars and ninety five cents (gl ,287,137.95).
3. Except for the changes specifically set forth herein, all other terms and conditions of the
Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

through their respective authorized officers, as of the date first above written.
