YATES CITY MANAGER DATE: MAY 31, 2016 SUBJECT: Final Map 31920-9, Woodside Homes Recommendations 1. Approve Final Map No. 31920-9 subject to the City Engineer’s acceptance as being true and correct. 2. That the City Council authorize the City Clerk to sign the map and arrange for the recordation of Final Map No. 31920-9. 3. That the City Council authorize the City Manager to sign the subdivision agreement in such form as approved by the City Engineer and City Attorney to secure completion of the monumentation. Background The proposed Final Map No. 31920-9 consists of 12.564 acres which includes 59 residential lots and 2 landscaping lots. This is a part of the Summerly community. The proposed streets will be public and the landscaping maintenance will be provided by the HOA. All future public improvements have been secured. Discussion Staff has reviewed the Final Map and determined that it is in substantial conformance to Tentative Tract Map No. 31920-9 and that all Conditions of Approval relative to the Final Map approval have been completed. Final Map No 31920-9 May 31, 2016 Page 2 of 2 Fiscal Impact Public improvements are to be constructed by the developer.
