A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING DESIGNATED CITY EMPLOYEES TO TAKE ACTON
NECESSARY FOR OBTAINING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE FEDERAL
GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore does hereby authorize the following
named City employees to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lake Elsinore, a public municipal
corporation duly established under the laws of the State of California any actions necessary for
the purpose of obtaining federal financial assistance provided by the federal Department of
Homeland Security:
City Manager, or,
Director of Administrative Services
SECTION 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution in the manner required
by law.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
