SUBJECT: Notice of Completion – ROSETTA CANYON SPORTS PARK PHASE II
CIP PROJECT NO. Z40004 BID SET “A” (GRADING AND SITE
DEVELOPMENT)
Recommendations
1. Accept the improvements into the City Maintained System.
2. Authorize staff to file the Notice of Completion with the County Recorder.
3. Authorize staff to release all retention monies 35 days after the filing of the
Notice of Completion.
Background
On September 22, 2015, the City Council awarded the Site Development contract to
Edmondson Construction Company, for the site development of Rosetta Canyon Sports
Park Phase II. The site development work included grading and drainage, storm
drainage, and all underground utility installation according to plans publicly provided as
Sight Development of Rosetta Canyon Sports Park Phase II Project Bid Set ‘A’ (CIP
Project #Z40004).
Discussion
Edmondson Construction Company completed the work on February 4, 2016 in
conformance with the approved plans and specifications.

Fiscal Impact
Funding for this project was allocated under the City’s CIP adopted budget for the Fiscal
Year 2015/2016. The project site development portion of this project was completed on
time and within the approved budget.
