SUBJECT: Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance No. 2016-1348 An
Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore, California, Amending
Title 5, Chapter 17.156, of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code Regarding Regulation
of Medical Marijuana Dispensaries and Cultivation.
Recommendation
Waive further reading and adopt by title only ORDINANCE NO. 2016-1348.
Discussion
On January 12, 2016, this Ordinance was introduced to amend Title 5, Chapter 17.156
of the municipal code for the regulation of Medical Marijuana Dispensaries and
Cultivation.
