Kerrifield, the same was adopted, -motion carried.

PFSOLUTION No. 37.
A P1,9OLUTION FIXING THE RATE OF TAXATION, AND THE LEVY OF
MUNICIPAL TAXES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR I9I4, UPON AL THE ASS-
ESSABLE PROPERTY AS SHOWN UPON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL OF TRE
CITY OF ELSINORE, ENDING OTT TH .28th, PAY OF FEBRUARY I9I5,
AS FOLLO'y1iS `IO-'d.IT :
Now therefore, be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of
the City mf Elsinore, that the following rate of Taxes be
levied upon all the taxable property within the corporate
limits of the City of Elsinore, for the fiscal Year ending
February 28th, I9I5. shall be as follows:
I. For the sewer bond fund, there shall be levied the sum of
.35X on each and every SI00. valuation of assessable property
as shown upon the Assessment Poll subject to such tax.
2nd. For the 'Mater bond fund,there shall be levied the sum
of .20.8/00je on each and every $I00. valuation of assessable
property as shown upon the assessment Roll subject to such tax.
3rd. For the Library fund, there shall be levied the sum of
.I4.210OX on each and every 64I00. valuation of assessable
property as shown upon the assessment Roll subject to such tax.
4th. For the General fund, for all other purposes, there shall
be levied the sum of MOO on each and every $100. valuation of
assessable property as shown upon the assessment Roll subject
to such tax, making a total of $I.70X upon all the taxable
property within the corporate limits of the City of Elsinore.
I, hereby certify that at a regular meeting of the Board of
-rustees of the City of Elsinore, held on the 8th nay of September,
I914, the foregoing resolution, a resolution fixing the tax levy
and rate for the City of Elsinore, for the fiscal Year ending on
the 28th, Pay of February I9I5. '.'Das introduced by Trustee Merri-

Niemann, and the vote on the adoption of the said resolution
