The Successor Agency of the City of Lake Elsinore appreciates your attendance. Citizens’
interest provides the Council and Agency with valuable information regarding issues of the
community.
Meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month. In addition, meetings are
televised live on Time Warner Cable Station Channel 29 and Verizon subscribers can view
the meetings on Channel 31.
If you are attending this Successor Meeting, please park in the parking lot across the street
from the Cultural Center. This will assist us in limiting the impact of meetings on the
Downtown Business District. Thank you for your cooperation.
The agenda is posted 72 hours prior to each meeting outside of City Hall and is available at
each meeting. The agenda and related reports are also available at City Hall on the Friday
prior to the Successor Agency meeting and are available on the City ’s website at
www.Lake-Elsinore.org. Any writings distributed within 72 hours of the meeting will be made
available to the public at the time it is distributed to the Agency Members.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person with a disability who
requires a modification or accommodation in order to participate in a meeting should contact
the City Clerk’s Department at (951) 674-3124 Ext. 269, at least 48 hours before the meeting
to make reasonable arrangements to ensure accessibility.

the Approved Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS)
Recommendation:1. Staff recommends that the Successor Agency Board authorize the City Manager
to sign and issue purchase orders totaling $234,222.57 for Capital Repairs at the
Diamond Stadium to the following vendors: MGB CONSTRUCTION $3,298.00;
INTEGRITY BEVERAGE $ 44,900.54; COLLINS COMPANY $ 72,315.00; ELROD
FENCE COMPANY $ 7,771.00; CROWN $ 26,987.04, STOTZ EQUIPMENT $
63,211.32, PRESTIGE GOLF CARS $ 13,771.60; LOWES $ 1,968.07
2. Waive the formal bidding process per Municipal Code Section 3.08.070(G) for
purchases from the (1) Collins Company since it is their netting system (designed and
built) they installed at the stadium; and (2) Integrity Beverage since it is the beverage
system they designed and installed that is in need of repair. To utilize other vendors
would likely require a significant investment in replacing components beyond what is
needed to repair the system.

The Lake Elsinore Successor Agency will adjourn this meeting to the next regularly scheduled
meeting of Tuesday, February 23, 2016. The regular Closed Session meeting will be held at
5:00 p.m. and the regular Public meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. at the Cultural Center
located at 183 N. Main Street, Lake Elsinore.
