A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE
ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZ]NG THE CREATION OF THE
DREAM EXTREME 2O4O SUBCOMMITTEE
WHEREAS, on January 12, 2016, the City Council of the City of Lake
Elsinore, California ("City") approved the creation of the Dream Extreme
Subcommittee of the City Council and appointing Mayor Tisdale and Mayor Pro Tem
Magee to serve as the Council representatives.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Authorizes the creation of the Dream Extreme 2040 subcommittee
of the City Council.
SECTION 2. The committee shall be made up of two Council members and City
staff as determined by the City Manager.
SECTION 3. The meetings shall be held on an as needed basis as determined
by the committee, in a City facility based on availability.
SECTION 4. The purpose of the committee is to analyze and develop the City's
Dream Extreme 2040 Plan and are hereby authorized to work with a consultant at
such time as is determined to be warranted by the committee.
SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
SECTION 6. This Resolution shall take effect from and after the date of its
passage and adoption.
