SUBJECT: Extension of Time for Tentative Tract Map No. 33140
Recommendation
Staff recommends that the City Council open the public hearing and continue the item to
a date certain.
Background
Tract Map No. 33140 is a subdivision of approximately 72 acres of single - family
residential zoned land consisting of 98 single - family residential lots, one lot for a
detention basin, one tot lot, and one water tank lot. The subject property is located
south of Grandview Drive and west of Ortega Highway (SR -74).
Discussion
Pursuant to Lake Elsinore Municipal Code Section 16.24.160 Time Extension, the
applicant has filed an application for time extension that has been deemed complete.
Due to public noticing timelines staff is recommending the item be continued
Fiscal Impact
The cost of processing the application will be paid by fees collected from the developer
through the City's cost recovery program. There is no cost to the City.
