GUARANTEE AND REPLACEMENTS 1, Guarantee All plant material installed under the Contract shall be guaranteed against any and all poor, inadequate or inferior materials andfor workmanship for a period of one year after date of acceptance by Owner. Any plant found to be dead or in poor condition due to faulty materials or workmanship, as determined by the Landscape Architect shall be replaced by the Contractor at his expense. 2. Replacement Any materials found to be dead, missing or in poor condition during the establishment perod shall be replaced Immediately. The Landscape Architect shall be the sole judge as to the condition of material. Material to be replaced within the guarantee period shall be replaced by the Contractor within 15 days of written notification by the Owner. II. PRODUCTS A.
