RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE
ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA APPOINTING SUSAN DOMEN AS CITY
CLERK AND APPROVING AN EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Office of City Clerk is created and established by Lake Elsinore
Municipal Code Chapter 2.38; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk is appointed by the City Council and holds office at
the pleasure of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desire to employ Susan Domen as City Clerk and to
enter into an Employment Agreement setting forth the terms and conditions of
employment.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby appoints Susan Domen as City Clerk,
effective November 16, 2015, at such compensation and expense allowance as
provided in the Employment Agreement referenced in Section 2 herein.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby approves the City Clerk Employment
Agreement by and between the City of Lake Elsinore and Susan Domen in substantially
the form presented. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the City Clerk
Employment Agreement in such final form as approved by the City Council and with
such minor revisions as may be approved by the City Attorney.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect from and after the date of its
passage and adoption.

Elsinore, California, at a regular meeting held on the 13th day of October 2015, and that
the same was adopted by the following vote:

Magee, and Mayor Manos
