C.) Authorize the City Manager to execute change orders not to exceed the 15% contingency amount of $24,159 for adjustment in bid quantities. D.) B.) Authorize the City Manager to execute contract change orders not to exceed 15% of the total Agreement, pursuant to requirements set forth in the construction agreement. C.)
