HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC Reso No 2015-069 City Council Reso.RESOLUTION NO. 2015 -069 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA APPROVING THE DEPARTMENT OF FORESTRY AND FIRE WILDLAND PROTECTION AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES FROM JULY 2015 TO JUNE 2017 WHEREAS, the City Council (the "City Council ") of the City of Lake Elsinore (the "City "), approved the initial Agreement with Cal -Fire in 2013 for the Wildland Protection; and WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the renewal of said Agreement at its regular meeting of April 28, 2015; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore, hereby approves the agreement with the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (Cal -Fire) dated April 28, 2015. This agreement provides Wildland Protection Services during the State fiscal year 2015/16 and 2016117. SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Lake Elsinore, California, is hereby authorized to sign and execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Lake Elsinore. SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect from and after the date of its passage and adoption.
