Dear council members. Please do not forget to consider the little guy here. We number in the hundreds maybe even thousands, the lot owners of the subdivide lots around the lake. Many of us like me are senior citizens who bought these lots with the idea of building on them once we retire. Or for investment inout retirement portfolio. Many have owned these lofts for many years. We are not the wealthy, we are middle class. Who will speak for us. If our properties are down zoned, they will lose value. Also will we be able to build a home as we have planned to do for years? If you must make the minimum build -able lot size 12,000 square feet, that will take from 4 to 5 of the average existing lots. Please make provisions so that the existing lots can be built on without harsh restrictions as to setbacks and lot coverage. Please show all of us that you care about us as much as you care about a proposal from some planners that will not be materially affected by your decision. Thank you for your time Take Care, Tim Hart,
