NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Lake
Elsinore has cancelled the regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, December 16,
2014. The next Planning Commission meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 6,
2015, at 6:00 p.m. at the City's Cultural Center located at 183 N. Main Street, Lake
Elsinore, California.
The following item scheduled for a public hearing on this date will be
rescheduled for a future date. A Notice of Public Hearing will be published in the
Press - Enterprise and mailed to surrounding property owners when the matter is
rescheduled for a public hearing before the Planning Commission.
LAKE ELSINORE OUTLET CENTERS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT -
APPLICATION BY ATHENA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ON BEHALF
OF THE OUTLET CENTERS TO ENTER INTO A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE TO SET FORTH
PROVISIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF BOTH PARTIES
REGARDING IMPROVEMENTS TO THE COLLIER STREET MEDIAN, A
FREEWAY BRIDGE SIGN, AND ADDITION OF FOUR BUILDING PADS
ALONG COLLIER AVENUE BETWEEN THE NORTH END OF THE
OUTLET MALL AND THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE. THE BUILDING
PADS ARE PROPOSED TO RANGE IN SIZE BETWEEN 2,000
SQUARE FEET AND 8,000 SQUARE FEET, TOTAL UP TO 20,000
SQUARE FEET, AND THREE (3) OF THE BUILDING PADS WILL HAVE
DRIVE -THRU LANES. THE SUBJECT PROPERTY CURRENTLY
CONSISTS OF TEN BUILDINGS AND IS ROUGLY BOUNDED BY
NICHOLS ROAD TO THE NORTH, RIVERSIDE DRIVE (SR -74) TO THE
SOUTH, THE I -15 FREEWAY TO THE EAST AND COLLIER AVENUE
TO THE WEST.
