CALL TO ORDER 5:00 P.M.
Mayor Johnson called the City Council, Successor Agency, Public Financing Authority and
Lake Elsinore Recreation Authority meetings to order at 5:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Agency Member Hickman, Agency Member Magee, Agency Member Tisdale,
Vice Chair Manos and Chair Johnson
Also Present: Executive Director Yates, Agency Legal Counsel Leibold, Agency Clerk Bloom,
Administrative Director Simpson, and Attorney Bryan Forbath.
CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL -- ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to paragraph (2) of subdivision (d) of Section
54956.9: (1 potential case)
City Attorney Leibold announced that the City Council, Successor Agency, Public Financing
Authority and Lake Elsinore Recreation Authority bodies would be meeting in Closed Session
to discuss the item identified on the Closed Session agendas. All four legislative bodies
recessed into Closed Session at 5:01 p.m.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - None

Chair Johnson called the meeting to order at 7:27 p.m.

Also Present: Executive Director Yates, Agency Legal Counsel Leibold, Agency Clerk Bloom,
Administrative Director Simpson, Community Services Director Skinner, Public Works Director
Damasse, Community Development Director Taylor, Police Lt. Madden and Deputy City Clerk
Giron.
CLOSED SESSION REPORT
City Attorney Leibold announced that the City Council, Successor Agency, Public Finance
Authority and Lake Elsinore Recreation Authority met in Closed Session regarding
Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation, and that there was no reportable
action taken.

It is recommended that the Successor Agency of the Redevelopment Agency of
the City of Lake Elsinore receive and file the Warrant List dated October 30, 2014.
Motion by Agency Member Tisdale, seconded by Agency Member Hickman to approve all
items identified on the Consent Calendar, the motion passed by unanimous vote as follows:

Vice Chair Manos, and Chair Johnson

Chair Johnson adjourned this meeting at 7:28 p.m. and announced that the Lake Elsinore
Successor Agency has cancelled the regular meeting of November 25, 2014, therefore has
adjourned this meeting to the following regularly scheduled meeting to be held on Tuesday,
December 9, 2014.
