The County has maintained the City's traffic signals in an effective and timely manner

The City is responsible for the operation and maintenance of 45 traffic signals and
associated equipment in whole or jointly with neighbor jurisdictions. The shared signals
have cost - sharing agreements for operation and maintenance. The remaining traffic
signals are maintained solely by the City.
