NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of
the City of Lake Elsinore, California, will hold a public
hearing on Tuesday, October 14, 2014, at the Lake
Elsinore Cultural Center, 163 N. Main Street, Lake
Elsinore, California, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as
the matter may be heard, to consider the following items:
TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 36632 - AN AP•
PLICATION BY SAM-ELSINORE, LLC TO DID
VIDE APPROXIMATELY 227.13 ACRES LO-
CATED NORTH OF INTERSTATE 15 AT MAIN
STREET INTO SIX (6) PARCELS FOR THE
PURPOSES OF FINANCING AND CONVEY.
ANCE ONLY. NO DEVELOPMENT WILL BE
ALLOWED WITH APPROVAL OF TENTATIVE
PARCEL MAP 36632.
