The business was located at Lake Elsinore Marina and RV Park. 32700 Riverside Drive Lake Elsinore Ca. West Marina. Jet Ski Rental Everyday was established in 2010 to take the place of All Day jet ski at the location at Lake Elsinore Marina and RV Park. In May 01 of 2010 All day jet ski signed a contract with Pyramid Enterprise for a (6) month contract for Jet ski rental services. The end of May 20, 2012 a contract was signed with Pyramid Enterprise for a (6) Month period. Currently we are out of contract with Pyramid as of November 01, 2012. 1 have requested since 2010 for a multiple year contract for Jet ski rentals from Pyramid. I have been left in limbo each year whether the contract would be renewed or not. It takes months for advertisement to propagate on the internet. This is not how 1 like to run my business. I am investing a lot of money and time trying to build a successful business for the future. I need a more reliable and stable foundation. While under contract with Pyramid 1 was operating only at 500 W Lake Shore Dr. on City property. I am currently operating directly from the beach 10 feet from the shore line with an E -Z up tent and a portable credit card reader. Jet skis are brought through gate to the right of the boat Launch on a five place trailer. The Area is cordoned off each morning with red cones. The skis are never launched from the City boat launch. Hours of Operation are: During Seasons 7 Days a week. Mon.— Friday Reservation only. We require one hour notice. Sat. -Sun. 9:00 am till sunset. Off Season 7 days a week reservations required. Pricing: Prices are $85 for the first hour and $75 for each additional hour. Included in the price is Gas, life jackets, wetsuits and lake fees. I operated up to (21) jet skis. One is always reserved as a rescue ski per location. Security deposit is $300. All transactions are either taken by portable credit card machine or cash. This upcoming year all rental reservation and deposits are going to web based prior to the rentals. This is to ensure limited loss of revenue to potential incoming competition. 95% of our customers are acquired from our extensive internet advertisement. The average distance our customers travel to rent jet skis is around 55 miles to 150 one way. (Anaheim, Long Beach, LA, North Riverside county, San Diego, Ocean Side, Burbank etc..) Rental procedure: First when the customer arrives we fill out a contract and sign an insurance release of liability. Second we take payments and deposits. Third we fit life jackets and go over lake rules and safe operations of the watercraft. Finally we go over anatomy of watercraft (starting, stopping, kill switch etc..) Further we go over Lake Rules and safety one more time while they are on the watercraft. All jet skis leave and return from our designated rental area as a rule. We allow groups with multiple people to share their time with one ski under our strict supervision. No other company allows this from an onsite rental location because of amount of work involved assisting riders and instruction for all drivers. Providing an exciting and memorable experience for our customer while visiting Lake Elsinore at a substantially discounted rated. Reasons Why I am looking for an alternative rental location • Pyramids Enterprises currently does not have concessionaire rights to either of our current approved locations by the city of Lake Elsinore • Pyramid offers no guarantee for renewal of our contract or contingencies of the renewal of Pyramids contract. • Unable to advertise properly because contract is not presented to be signed until the season starts each year. • No storage of water Craft has ever been offered and is a standard amenity afforded in the industry. Operating from Elms Grove Beach has been a great asset. This has afforded Alldayjetski the ability to monitor safety on both ends of the Lake. By operating from a set location on from Elms Beach we control and monitor all traffic leading into the beach. We have a set location where no matter where the groups are located on the beach they have to exit and return from directly in front of our rental locations. Alldayjetski would like to continue operating from Elms Beach as a vendor for the city of Lake Elsinore. I would like to offer the City of Lake Elsinore 10% of all gross sales from Alldayjetski rentals to operate as a City vendor. All Day Jet Ski would operate under same conditions that are in our current file, that is currently held by the City and approved by the city and the lake department. All Day Jet Ski would operate from our current approved locations: 500 W. Lake Drive and La Laguna City Park 30040 Riverside Drive. Both locations are mapped out and currently approved by the City and Lakes department. We propose to operate year round up to 21 water craft . I project my gross sales this season with proper advertisement from both location to be between $80,000 and $120,000. My understanding of the City of Lake Elsinore's commissions currently paid from Pyramid /City Camp grounds is around 7% of Alldayjetski's commission paid. Under our current concessionaire agreement with Pyramid Enterprises $100,000 gross revenue earned by adjs would calculate to $15,000 in commissions paid to Pyramid Enterprises and $1050 is paid to the City by Pyramid for the entire season for ADDS operating from City Property. I feel that this agreement will benefit both the City of Lake Elsinore's Dream Extreme as well as creating future growth of tourism. By offering our services at such a discounted rate and drawing in such a vast amount of people each year. We are proud to be part of the growth and movement of Lake Elsinore In a positive direction. We would like the City to afford us with a more permanent and stable rental locations, which in turn would benefit our customers, local businesses, and the City of Lake Elsinore financially.
