Hello City Volunteer —
You are hereby invited to the regular City Council meeting of Tuesday, November 13,
2012 at which Mayor Brian Tisdale will be officially recognizing the City Volunteer
Program and call you by name to come forward to be officially recognized. We wish to
highlight the program and recognized all of the wonderful volunteers that we have in our
City. The Agenda for that meeting is enclosed for you.
The meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. and will be held at the City's Cultural Center located at
183 North Main Street in Lake Elsinore. Presentations and Ceremonies is the first item
of business on the agenda therefore we ask that you please be there before 7:00 p.m. I
would also appreciate it very much if you would confirm your attendance at
VBloom(o�Lake- Elsinore.Org or 674 -3124 ext. 262.
