I will provide Free, landscape plants to beatify every yard in Lake Elsinore as well
as small businesses to help raise property value, and curb appeal without needing one
tax right off to do it. I will give free produce fruit trees to every house so they can grow
fresh food in their back yards, as well as be healthy, and won't use one tax right off to do
it either. I will give free holistic health garden plant, with the ability to help without
harm. These plants can raise your immune system, fight cancer, prevent cancer,
improve eye sight, clean your liver, improve blood health, lower cholesterol, lower blood
pressure, eliminate heart disease, reverse diabetes, prevent diabetes, arthritis,
glaucoma, headaches, migraine headaches, body pain, burns, bruises, and cuts and
won't use one tax right off to do it either. these - are - real - remedies, and they work better
than you could imagine. My program will establish, free block associations, so all the
residents can come together and plan for the future of their street and help beatify the
block and raise the property value of each house together, meanwhile improving
community skills that build a more trust worthy block, and help crime not exist in those
areas, by giving them information to prevent their own children from using drugs,
because drugs destroy communities, as well as create problems, and steel from the
addicted which finance the drug lords which also bring problems and crime. when we
can provide this program to the whole city than we can make better homes with less
problems which will in turn make more youth less likely to turn to drugs, by providing
every home with this information, we can save the future from resorting to what made
this city what it is, a massive number of drug addicted, alcohol abusing, unemployed,
broken home life styles. I purpose to start in the worst area right here on Main Street,
and work out from there. It is a proven fact that blocks with associations have lower
crime and higher re sale value, so imagine an entire city that is block associated, and not
just associated but throwing block parties in the street to celebrate the spring flowers,
harvest festival, 4th of July, charismas lighting competitions, block competitions to grow
the biggest produce, pie making competitions, eating competitions, and I would love to
see the blocks come together on main street, and sell their produce on main street as a
weekly, bi weekly, monthly, or at least a two day once a year for a fresh produce market
that only sells organic non chemical induced fresh produce and products. I personally
love when main street is closed down because it always has that small town feeling that
brings love to your heart, and knowing that this town is different than most, and I would
love another reason to shut down main street and have another community festival and
celebrate as a community.
This program will raise funding to the city budget on a permanent level with all
the water that will be needed, to feed all the trees that are given away in three different
gardens, in each yard. This program will raise funding to the city when we come
together as a community to sell are produce on main street, and provide numerous
reasons to celebrate on main street. this program will raise taxes when every person will
go to Lowes, home depot, Wal -Mart, or any other garden center, and purchase organic
soil, or fertilizer, garden stakes, hoses, garden clippers, lawn mowers, tree trimmers,
and anything used in a garden to help those plant that I give them. taxes will be raised
because I will promote all holidays events, and ask that everyone come together and go
overboard in competitions on personal levels and block competitions, so that block's will
try harder each year to overdo the street next to them, mean while bringing everyone
together in good spirit, and promoting good family values, and love for the community.
The city of Lake Elsinore will save money with this program, and with it should
eliminate future people from ever needing, and remove people on food stamps because
of the over abundant amount of food now growing on are streets in every residents
yards, and the fruit trees and vegetables will remain here forever, giving help to the
resident forever. besides produce sold in stores will not generate taxes for the city, so no
loss to the city budget can occur from this program, only tax increase to the city budget,
without actually raising the tax on the people in the city, which is something I think we
can all agree on as being the most logical solution to the financial budget of all people in
the city budget its self.
This is a program can help everyone, including the city by raising and saving
money, while making the streets safer for every citizen, and the police who patrol it. The
Stekkinger Block Association will not violate any civil, or constitutional right in the
process The Stekkinger block association will only cost .72 cents each year per person.
or .00lg of a dollar each day per person. I purpose at the minimum, to have one block
each month added to this program, and associate every citizen on it, that can, or wants
to join. My street right now has every single person on it willing to accept this free block
association, as well as east hill street the block behind my house, and they want to grow
fresh organic fruits and vegetables, and want to have block community festivals as well
as produce markets on main street, and sell fresh produce as well as merchandise. loo
of the people I asked want to do this program, that is forty out of forty houses, now
imagine how packed main street will be with vending carts on it with produce when
every citizen in Elsinore is a part of this program, the money will come flooding in,
meanwhile we bring the community together as a whole to do this. Give people a reason
to be happy in their lives, and they will. Give the parents of Elsinore a better program
"the Stekkinger Block association "so to have their kids not grow up using drugs and
then they won't. Give a man a fish, and feed him for a day, show a man how to fish and
you feed him for life. Give a man a fruit and feed him for a day, give him a fruit tree and
feed him for life. Tomorrow always comes, so let's plan for tomorrow, today and let it be
better than the past, and let the past be what it is the past.

The reason behind drug use in America
Drug use in America is a problem that is increasingly becoming a problem that
effects all ethnical, religious, and financial classes, but the most affected demographic of
drug users is the broken home, more so than the poor. Being poor does not lead to drug
use, it is the broken homes, and problems that lead to future drug users. The
unfortunate thing is that there are so many poor that are poor because of broken homes,
and because of the problems at home many youth turn to drugs as a way of escaping the
problems at home and poverty, while being stuck in the same broken home. Drug use
climes higher, in the poor regions of America because of three main contributor's
violence, in home, parents missing, in home, and lack of jobs. The Stekkinger Block
Association will help every home with these main problems and more by providing
information on a regular basis to people who need help, and with it every single house in
Lake Elsinore. we will give this information to people every day, and house the
information on line so that anyone can get this information any time, as well as a video
on line so those who do not know how to read can now watch a video and get
information about how to stop crime and drugs, and with block meetings with the block
associations on a regular basis so that it sinks in on those who have not taken the time to
read or maybe, those who do not know how to read, can now understand, and bring it to
every door. We will mend the gap off missing parents by asking the block to help those
family's watch their kids while they are at work, and help their kids learn a life skill
trade, or staying active by being a part of the local community block by allowing those
children to garden on their property, or help a neighbor with their yards, or make
money for mowing lawns or clipping bushes. when people are active and have
something to do like a job, they are more likely going to be happy, and content, which
brings the person peace. When a person is actively moving they are more likely going to
feel a sense of productivity and productive people get jobs, or make jobs, and that is
what we need. When we grow these garedns people will have a way to sell their produce
on main street and that will produce jobs, money and a perpose to grow the garden, and
water those plants, other than just food, and health.
-No jobs. It is verry easy to see why, no jobs make worse living conditions in homes,
where people don't have jobs it creates bad homes with violence and worse living
conditions when the lack of job is because of drug use, and furthers the lack of abillity to
get a job on part for those indavivals who use drugs, and continues the drug user on a
path that continues their lives in a way that makes them not productive
- Violence in home. when childeren see or here violence in the home, it scares the child
into getting scared, and wanting to do something about the situation, but the child has
no way to control the problem, so the youth is more likely going to act out in school and
pick on other children that cannot defend themselves, just as they were, when they were
exposed to violence, and because they could do nothing about it. when the adolescent
becomes a teen, they are more likely to act out in a way that creates problems and be
more violent because they are not afraid to be violent or get hurt, because by this time in
their life they are adjusted to the constant problems so they associate this behavior as
being normal and acceptable, and do not associate this behavior as bad, because most
likely they did not see there parents behavior as being bad, because no one corrected the
problem when it occurred so it is excepted by the child that this is ok. much violence and
aggression in the home stems from the stresses of poverty, and drug use on the parents
behalf because the parent themselves was most likely from a broken home, or the parent
was not ready to be a parent, but had children anyways, for the parent that is under age,
it is more likely that there child or children will grow up being a violent individual, or
drug user, because the parent is not educated enough to know how to stop the problems
in their own life and because of this the young parent is more likely going to lash out and
be unstable emotionally in front of their own kids, and thus the child learns the behavior
of the unstable youth parent and acts accordingly. Violence is an act of anger and not
knowing what to do about the situation and because of this the individual acts on the
only thing they can do, which is violently attack another person. Violence is a problem
that affects the demographic of mostly un- educated individuals. People with intelligence
take more time thinking and less time acting because they are able to reason a way to
not resort to violence and resolve the issue or move on. Un educated individuals are
more likely going to act quicker to a situation that results in violence, and less time
thinking of a way to resolve the problem because they have no other method. Getting a
better education is the key to not becoming violent because it will allow the life of the
person to advance in this world with more solutions and less frustrations, and down falls
which ultimately lead to a much harder life, and by that point they are more likely going
to use drugs and alcohol, and tobacco products which will take their money, and damage
their bodies, and lead to jail, or other problems, but mean while the user does not care
because they would rather not have the stress in their lives, so the individual often
resorts to the only thing they know that can help, drugs, alcohol, and tobacco, and even
coffee, because all of these product are mood inducing chemicals that change the natural
state of consciousness which is most always bad, then the individual will continue using
to release the stress in their lives, and this is the main cause of addiction, more so than
the chemical that they are using. I have personally herd almost every cigarette user say
"when I get stressed out I must have a cigarette or Ill freak out ", that is because the
cigarette user has been using the cigarette as an emotional crutch, and choose not to
deal with the stress first, instead resort to what works which is smoking, and or drug use
or alcohol is the same exact thing except the drugs and alcohol bring the user further
from reality, and the more problems a person has in life the further they want to escape
the thoughts of reality, and the more intense drugs people start using, until they have no
hope in life because the drug use has stolen everything they have, and then they lack all
ability to care anymore, because they have nothing to lose, so the drugs stay and the
cycle of the down ward spiral is complete, because there is nothing worse than where
they are at in their own life and because of this they are now more likely to commit
suicide and end it all because there is nothing left to loose, and most people do not care
about them at this point except other drug users.
- Parents missing in home. This is a massive push to the edge of drug use and violence,
because the child is hurt from the absence of the parent from day one, and because of
this they do not have guidance from both parents, and the child will feel unloved which
most likely lead to anger and violence later on in life. If the child has both parents and
then loses one of them in the process of divorce than it can immediately reflect in the
child's grades, and ability to care, which will lead the child to act in anger and more
likely to turn to drugs as well. When the child lacks a parent in their life, they are more
likely not going to get the guidance of the other parent, which means they are learning
half of the life skills and are forever lacking the knowledge of both. When the parent is
missing from the home because they are incarcerated from crimes or drug use, this is
normally a good thing because the child will not learn from the corrupt parent, and will
be shown what happens to people when they choose to do bad things in life, and because
of this they are more likely going to stay away from the activity's that their imprisoned
parent was a part of. I have personally witnessed friends of mine who have parents who
are drug addicted, and grew up knowing that their parents do drugs and because of this
they do not do any drugs because they are afraid to become their parents, and know
firsthand what happens when you get hooked. I have also had friends that where
straight A student in freshman year, who did not know about drugs because their
parents did not expose them to it, and because of this they themselves did not know
about the harms of drug use, and when they experimented with substances they did not
know how far it could take them ..... my good friend in high school Scot Summers was a
straight A student in 9th grade, but he started using meth and because of this, he
dropped out of school, before the end of the first year and started steeling from houses,
and cars to pay for his drug habit, and within two years of using he turned to slamming
it, or syringe injection of the drug, and because of that my friend Scot is dead. I miss my
friend Scot to this day, because he was a great kid, the only thing that was wrong with
Scot was, he was addicted to drugs, and I was too young to help, and I did not know
what to do to get him clean and I never said an hing to his parent. Today I wish I
would have done something, or said something to his mom, so they might have gotten
him help, but instead, I live with regret knowing that I failed my best friend and kept his
secret and told no one because that is what friends do and because of that my friend is
dead.... I know now that if someone is your friend and you see them doing something
that can harm their life you tell them to stop, and no matter what they may say or do YQu
get them help at all cost. This is why I want to educate parents with information about
how to keep their kids off drugs because by the time they know there kids are using it
could already be too late. My friend Scot advanced so quick and I never realized he had
such a problem, and I was hanging out with him three four times a week after school,
and he did not get high in front of me once he started shooting up, and because of this I
thought he was clean from the problem, because I did not know the signs of a drug user,
and to day I do, and that is not because I use or ever have used but because I listen to
those who have, and they are everywhere in this city, and most don't hide it either, and it
is easier for me than most now to know who is using what and when, and because of
this, I need to educate the parents that might not know, because what they don't know
might kill their kids.
I tell you this now, by the time to people go to rehab at least one person has died,
and countless do not get help. The only effective way to stop a drug user is to not allow
him to become one. Our children are not born to be addicted to drugs, they are allowed
to use, and the problems in their lives allow them to use and not care because their life
sucks and they don't know better, and most likely there parent don't know how to help
them, because they assume there kids are better than that, but it just takes one missing
parent in their lives, to not hold full accountability of what their kids are doing, even if
there kids are straight A student, and then you have a situation like my friend Scot. Let
me just say this Scot's Mom committed suicide because she could not handle the grief of
the loss of her son, and I'll never forget him or his mom, and will forever be haunted by
the fact that if I had gotten Scot the help he needed, and saved Scot's life, his Mom
would also be alive! So please help me help others so this does not happen again in a
different house with different people, because someone will remember the loss of their
lives This program is for my friend Scot and this is my way of never forgetting,
because I cannot forget Scot or his Mom, as long as I live!
Religion and what it brims to those who have it
This program will not promote religion, but merely ask that if a person has a
religious belief that they should hold on to that belief, because it does not matter what
religion that they believe in, just the simple fact that, there religious tie to the church,
synagogue, masque, or temple, will provide them withmoral support in time of stress or
need, and that faith of any kind can provide them with moral support and get them
through the time of need, as well as emotional support from those who believe in their
faith no matter what that faith may be, so that everyone can have a place to fall back on
when times are tough.
This program is not intended to promote any religious belief, that of my own or
faith of another, and will never be used to recruit people to any religion. Religion will
not be pushed as an issue of this program, and never will that change. This segment of
information is to show only that any religion, can help anyone no matter what that faith
may be, and will not be intended, nor will this program ever attempt to convert or
change a person with or without a religion.
This program will remain absolutely neutral as to the fact that government will
remain neutral to any position in religion and is not interfering with people and their
own personal affairs as to their own religious beliefs, and remains un bias, in accords to
all civil, and constitutional rights as well as religious beliefs of the people.
18 reasons why the city council should vote
unanimously yes on this program_
#1 This program will exist forever in this community, do on part to myself on the fact
that when my foundation opens up, "The Foundation to Build a better America" I will
personally see to it that my foundation will retain this program for life, as a sign of my
appreciation the city and the people in it.
#2 by, excepting this program, my investor will most likely turn my donation to my
foundation from 1 million, to 3 million, because of the effectiveness of my program to
help without harm, and with it will insure that this program remains in the city of lake
Elsinore forever.
#3 this program would cost the city if ran by itself at least 2 hundred thousand to 3
hundred thousand dollars, and will be ran by me for only 36,000 a year, and with good
planning next year the cost is on me, and forever on me.
#4 this program will indefinitely raise the amount of water used in the city, and the last
Time I checked it is still ran by the city providing millions to the budget each year, and
this program will add more to the budget every year.
#5 at the most extremely conservative level this program should at least raise the water
usage up one percent, which by all right is absolutely no less than fifty thousand dollars
each year, which would mean than by me giving you this program the city will make at
least fourteen thousand extra dollars to the city budget
#6 two out of the three gardens are considered food which has no city tax anyways, so
no los can occur to the city budget from food, and will serve to add to the budget with all
the sales of garden merchandise.
#7 all the citizens of Lake Elsinore will be very appreciative to the fact that they are all
receiving free landscape plants for their font yards from the city of Lake Elsinore, which
would beatify every yard, and raise property value in the city, which would add more
money to the city budget.
#8 every citizen in Elsinore will be appreciative to the fact that they are receiving free
fruit trees and other food plant, compliments of the city, and everyone will be healthier
because of it, not to mention the fact that it has the possibility to lower the amount of
people on food stamps, because they will most likely not go out of their way to sit in the
welfare line for three to four hours to get their ebt card, when food is right outside their
own door.
#9 every citizen in Elsinore will be most appreciative to the fact that they can receive
food plants that can prevent, cure, or treat their own medical problem with the plant in
their own yard, and still have the option of the doctor's office.
#10 Lake Elsinore will soon be known for its produce festivals and bountiful gardens
that produce community festivals such as block produce competitions, pie making
competitions, harvest festival, eating competitions, and a real community that comes
together and helps for the common good for all.
#11 Because lake Elsinore and southern California is absolutely perfect for this program,
and not all of the united states can benefit like we can from this program, so we should
take advantage of this opportunity right now.
#12 Block association's lower, crime, raise property value, now imagine an entire city
that is block associated.
#13 Because every citizen will be forever helped in this city with this program.
#14 .Like I said this is just one of at least ten other programs that I will bring to this city
of equal or greater value, and it can start here and stay here forever if you, except this
program, because tomorrow does not exist without today.
#15. Because you are looking at one of the most brilliant minds of this entire world, and
I should by all right be working in a government think tank, and resolving any type
issue, but instead I am here helping this community today.
#16 Because I am educated in the art of city planning, building architecture, landscape
architecture, and am without compare of my own knowledge an equal, in the fact that it
does not matter what the problem may be i will always resolve, with the absolute best
solution every time, and I am willing to help this city plan for an even better tomorrow,
today.
#17 I ran my first business at the age of twelve, and know every facet of long term
viability
because the poor of this city need this program, and everyone can benefit from it as well.
because this program cost less than .72 cents per person, per year, to run, and no one
can produce that much good for only .0019 cents a day which means every five days one
penny will be spent per person, and in one day I can petition an entire block In one day.
I can cultivate 400 fruit trees with the right method in one day. I can fill two hundred
buckets of dirt for the plants in one day. I can plant an entire blocks worth of plants in
buckets in one day, I can give away an entire blocks worth of plants fruit trees, and
vegetables, and that is what I can do for only 1 cent per person in one week. My mission
goal is to make at minimum one block association every month without fail, and this
program will do it every day.
#18 and because every person in the city will benefit on a personal level that has never
been seen before, and lake Elsinore will be the founding city to this program, and the
world will notice us all in time for what we do here today.

My proposed hours of operation
I will work in the defined hours of sun rise, till sun set, Monday through Friday. This
does not mean that on weekends I will not care for the garden, but at all times of the day
regardless of time or day I will provide the garden with what it needs to survive and
thrive, throughout the season and year. I will only take off the day of my birth, February
14th and holidays that are recognized by the city as holidays, in which case the city is off
and not operating. I will retain the right to have no less than two weeks of vacation per
year, and no more than twenty one days of vacation per year. I will reserve the right to
break in the case of emergency to assist family, or of extreme urgency to assist with
matters of family nature. In any case I will notify the cities of my where about at
virtually all times if needed. Other than that I am a 24hour 7days a week at service to the
community and the needs of the garden, and this will not change for the duration of my
service, unless the city counsel approves the change first.
Community builders such as
- Beatifying landscape Gardens, Food garden, holistic gardens, Community Gardens,
and Block Gardens. We will help promote fresh produce gardens in back yards with
plenty to eat, side yards with both edible and landscape, and lush landscape gardens in
front yards. We will give free, plants, fruit trees and, vegetables, seeds and plants; we
will find ways to have plants bartered, and traded for free, so to spread variety of plants
on the block for free. We will help home owners or renters, with small yards plan to
grow selective crops according to the size of yard so they can specialize in growing what
their yard is best suited for, so they can still trade fruits and vegetables to other
newborns with the same arrangements. Big yards have the advantage that they can grow
everything they need right there.
-Block organized social awareness events such as block party barbecue's, 4th of July
block parties, Arbor day so we can plant the future today, planning of holiday events like
saint parties day, valentine's day, October fest, Halloween block party spooky houses,
block organized Christmas lights or competition, this will be to allow local social
awareness of all the family, and all neighbors, on each street, a chance to socialize with
each other in a way that promotes, and creates a chance for each person to connect with
their own newborns, so to heighten relations with one another, and create a more
friendly environment, for all. With the possibility to lower crime, and hostility toward
one another, because newborns will be more aware of their own newborns, and consider
others needs before resulting to anger because you parked in my spot, type attitude, but
yet realize you also have needs.
- "Block Organized, Renovation Day ". This will be so that every year, month, week, or
day, people can plan on a larger scale, or personal level to improve the blocks
appearance, personal dwellings appearance, so to beatify community, and increase value
of every house that is actively involved with their block charter, and association. The
FBBA will find people, and businesses, to donate time, labored, and services to increase
the effective power of the local block. One member from each block board of
representatives, the block president will have to request help from the FBBA by filling a
"Block association request for services" form, and then the FBBA will assist in the,
request to assist the block by providing, individuals, or businesses to fill the needs of the
block, as soon as the ability becomes available to assist the block with the request, the
FBBA will do so.
- "Block voting and boards ". Each person on each block will be given the power to make a
change in their own, as well as the block, and in the way their block community decides
on as being the course of action for all. voting boxes will be held on each block at a
designated house, or two, or three depending on the size of street, and willingness of
block members, and their ability to house the votes in a safe secure, and the most
tamper proof way as possible. Each three months block voting will take place, on
deciding who will be one of five board members placed on the board of representatives,
and who will be the president of the board, and what changes can help the block appeal,
and group gardening styles. Everyone on each block will have a deciding vote, on what
gets done on that particular block. Once the block as a whole can come together, you all
can then work towards that goal together, and see the change in the power in numbers,
team is more than self, and because of that you all have the chance to make big change
in small amounts of time. Or separately work towards that goal, either way if the block
has a goal to achieve, then it is just a matter of time until that day.
- "Freedom of democracy and discrimination ". Everyone has the right to be treated
equal, and every person on each block has the right to not be discriminated on. On any
level of discrimination according the United States Constitution, and no member may
violate any civil rights in the form of a vote, getting passed that would result in a
violation of constitutional or civil right. Because you are free to make your own choices,
you will be allowed to stay on the block association as long as you decide, or vote
yourself off the block association and charter with one vote, if you should decide to no
longer participate you will no longer be able to receive the free give away because you
would not be a part of the block charter or charity. If you decide to not be a part of the
block association, call your block president, or mail a letter to "Erick. J. Stekkinger ", the

92530. If you leave the association and would still like to get plant donations we will
always give free plants, for food and medicine just not landscape plant or services from
either "the Stekkinger Association ", or "The Foundation to Build a Better America ".
Fresh-food gardens and organic produce
- "Fresh fruit, and vegetable ". Imagine a fresh produce market with the best fruits, and
vegetables, the biggest selection, and the freshest quality of day ripe and pick to the
table in less than twenty four hours from the farm. All fresh and loo % organic, and
Free! Now imagine it's in your yard, next door, and your entire block is the free market.
We will donate all the food trees and plants to your block in order to create this free
market, we just need you to plant one or two plants or trees, to do this, but if you decide
to grow an entire garden of food we will still donate whatever you need to accommodate
your needs. "Plan tomorrow today ", by simply trying to plant the seeds of the fruits and
vegetables, you already eat, and purchased at the store. Some day that plant you
planted, will grow more food and multiply in numbers where, you will get more food,
and seeds to plant more plants that can help another person that needs food. When you
give food plants to another person you feed them and allow them a chance to also help
another with the same food plant, and can also give fruit and seeds to another, and so
on. If you have a fruit tree that makes unwanted extra trees, or food plants, then try and
transplant them into pots and give them away, or trade the plant or tree for another type
of tree or food plant, so you can increase the type of food plants you have for free, just by
trading plants or asking, and mean while it cost you nothing. You may not get all the
plants you need right off the bat, but once you have a food plant or tree, you will always
have it and it should always produce fresh food with the ability to help self and others in
the community. The more fresh food we consume the healthier we will all be. With less
physical, and medical problem. We will all have, less likelihood to have chemical
unbalances, and mental stress, and will have more money in are pockets by not paying
for expensive organic produce markets, or old store bot processed chemical induced
fruits and vegetables anymore.... this will help us all live longer and healthier and free,
while building a safer, and more functioning community where we all live, today and
tomorrow and forever! Please join the cause, because it will help you, your family and
your friends, and community around your family forever! And for Free!

property, or block. We will provide every house the opportunity to design their own
health garden according to the special needs of every house on that block, and try and
