The City of Lake Elsinore appreciates your attendance. Citizens' interests provide the City
Council with valuable information regarding issues of the community.
If you are attending this Study Session, please park in the Parking Lot across the street
from the Cultural Center. This will assist us in limiting the impact of meetings on the
Downtown Business District. Thank you for your cooperation.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person with a disability who
requires a modification or accommodation in order to participate in this meeting should
contact the City Clerk's Office at (951) 674 -3124 ext. 262. Notification 24 hours prior to this
Study Session will generally enable City staff to make reasonable arrangements to ensure
accessibility.
This Agenda was posted outside of City Hall not less than 24 hours prior to the Study
Session. Staff reports and any supplemental writings or documents distributed to all of the
City Council regarding this Agenda will be available for public review on the City's website
at www.lake - elsinore.org and in the City Clerk's Office, 130 S. Main Street, Lake Elsinore,
California during normal business hours. In addition, the agenda, staff reports and any
supplemental writings or documents will be made available for public review at the Study
Session.

DISCUSSION ITEM
(1) Consideration of Fiscal Year 2011 -12 Mid -Year Budget Adjustments
Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council review the Fiscal
Year 2011 -12 proposed adjustments and provide direction to staff accordingly for
formal consideration by the City Council at a regularly scheduled City Council
meeting.
