Had visitor and it was First thing he noticed. Not sure why it was so loud. In past they rode dirt bikes in that Area and it wasn't this bad. Filed Complaint on County website. Dec 11 Sun 0830 Start, end >1500 took a walk and saw dirt bikes riders on some new type of course. Mounds were really elevated. Filed Complaint on County website. Dec 12 Mon Rain. Dec 13 Toe Noise not that bad. County Code Enforcement emailed it was city's concern. Called city, Left msg, no response. Dec 14 Wed Noise not that bad. Filed city on -line complaint. Dec 15 Thu More riders from 1000 to 1500, really loud. Stopped at 1500 because of rain. Dec 16 Fri Left home for day. Got email from Bldg & Safety's Mr Chipman-- basically deal with it. Dec 17 Sat 0700 heard heavy equipment. 1030 to 1530 nonstop, loud. Could hear in every room in House. Dec 18 Sun 0700 heavy equipment again. 0915 to 1600 loud. Could hear above television. Dec 19 Mon 0900 heavy equipment and riders >1600. Dec 20 Toe 0920 bikes start, off & on, not bad Dec 21 Wed 0930 to 1700 non stop. Dec 22 Thu 0920 loud until got windy, might've shut down Dec 23 Fri 0930 Start until late afternoon. Off & on, loud at times but mostly bearable if one wants Deal with noise. Can still hear in every room in house. Sometimes so loud it seems They're on street in front of house. Noise ricochets off buildings in back yard and it Sounds like they're in back yard. Wrote Supervisor Buster. Dec 24 Sat 1000 Start until late afternoon. Started loud but tapered off & on Dec 25 Sun Closed. Took walk & looks like working on "bowl" area which could be for concerts. In Fact working on it today. Wrote Councilman Cashman. Dec 26 Mon 0800 equipment start. 0900 Bikes start, Loud. Nonstop until 1600. Still going until 1700. Dec 27 Toe 0945 Start LOUD Nonstop until 1645 Dec 28 Wed 0850 Start LOUD Nonstop until 1700 Dec 29 Thu 0930Start Loud until 1700 Dec 30 Fri 0920 Start Loud. Talked to lady other side Sedco. She says she's getting used to it, Has to turn up her radio. Dec 31 Sat 0900 Start until after 1600. Left house for most of day Dec 'Totals: For 23 days = 123 hours noise in 21 days. 2 days rained & windy FTIWA Jan 1 Sun 0900 Start Had to turn up tv. Going until 1700 Jan 2 Mon 0900 Start. Went for walk. Loud all way other side golf course.
