NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore,
California, will hold a public hearing on January 11, 2010, at the Lake Elsinore Cultural

consider the following item:

PLAN. THE TENTATIVE TRACT MAP PROPOSES 341 TOTAL LOTS

design standards contained within the Canyon Hills Specific Plan. The Tentative
Tract Map proposes 341 total lots (293 Single- family Residential, 20 Street, 10
slopes and landscape, 3 open space, 1 Paseo, 2 basins, and 1 sewer lift
station). The Tract Map is located near the Southeast corner of Canyon Hills
