ORDINANCE NO. 239
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FLSINORE, CALIFOIZNIA, AI.ENDING
SECTION 19 Oct ORDINANCE NO. 161 RESPECT=
ING BOWLING ALLEYS.
The City Council of the City of Elsinore, California, do
ordain as follows:
Section 1: Section 19 of Ordinance No. 161 of the City
of Elsinore, California, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 19: For every person, firm or corporation
conducting, managing or carrying on a public
bowling alley, Four Dollars (4$4.00) per quarter."
Section 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published
once in the Elsinore - Leader Press.
PASSED AND APPROVED at a regular meeting of the City
Council held and had in the City Hall on the 10th day of September,
1940, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen C. A. Lovejoy, Roy Macy, J. E. y1ills
and N. Matich.
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman: Henry ferret

that the foregoing Ordinance was duly and regularly introduced on
the 26th day of August, 1940, and was passed and adopted by the
City Council of said City of Elsinore at a regular meeting of
said Council heldQ n the 10th day of September, 1940 by the follow-
ing vote:
AYES: Councilmen: Lovejoy, Macy, Mills, and Matich
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman: Perret
