does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That a special election to be held, and the
sane is hereby called to be held in the City Of Elsinore, on Tues-
day, the 12th day Of April, 1938,'for the purpose of submitting
to the qualified voters of said city the proposition of incurring
a bonded indebtedness of said city in the amount and for the Ob-
'Jects and purposes hereinafter stated.
Section 2. That the Ob9ects and purposes for which said
bonded indebtedness is to be incurred and bonds issued therefor
is the accui.sition bl- the Qit =;r of Elsinore of all of said out-
standing and unpaid bonds dated Way l0, 1926, issued by the City
of Elsinore under the improvement Bond Act Of 1915, end designated
"Series i,°f together with appurtenant and uppaid coupons thereon,
it being understood that the maximum purchase e ce pair

to be derived from the proceeds Of the proposed bond issue. Said
bonds Of lay 10, 1926, proposed to be acugired, are numbered as
follows, to -wit:
61 to 71, inclusive, each in the Original amount
of 1,000.00, and each having unpaid
principal in the amount of $650.3;
73 to 83, inclusive, each in the Original amount
Of 01 ,000.00, and each having unpaid
principal in the amount or 783.53;
85 to 95, inclusive, each in the original amount
of 013000.00, and each having unnaio
principal in the amount of $783.53;
97 to 107, inclusive, each in the original amount
of ;1,000.00, and each having unpaid
principal in the amount of $783.53;
109 to 119, inclusive, each in the original amount

The total unpaid principal a : ount of said bonds of �P7 , .P7 1C9
1926, proposed to be acquired is =-142,733.68, and the maximum pur-
chase price to be paid for said bonds, with appurtenant unpaid
coupons thereon, is 117,000.00, ti- i_c'_°_ is to be paid pro rata

ceeds of the bonds now proposed to be issued pursuant to the elec-
tion called C. this ordinance, Shall be placed in he 'jity T.rea.sur;y
in al fund to be called "General improvement Fund," and shall be
used only for the purchase of said outstanding bonds dated Lay 10,
1926, with appurtenant and unpaid coupons; provided, however,
that all of said funds not so used and all suns received in payment
or principal or interest of the bonds of lair 10, 1926, proposed to
be acquired by the City of Elsinore shall be used for the „a=rr_ert
of principal and interest of the bonds issued pursuant to said
election of April 12, 1938, called by this ordinance.
Section 3. That the amount of the :principal indebtedness
to be incurred for the said objects and purposes is the sun of
115,000.00, and that the axil':um rate of interest to be paid on said
indebtedness shall be 0 Per annum, pa'eble semiannually. 'let if
the nroposition for the incurring of siad indebtedness for said
purpose so submitted receives the requisite number of votes, to -wit,
two - thirds of the votes of the qualified voters voting at said
special election, bonds of said city in the amount of :15,000.00 she
be issued and sold for the objects and purposes hereinabove set
i forth. That said bonds shall be fifteen in number, of the denomina-
tion of $1,000.00 each, and shall mature 11,000.00 at the end of
the first year, `2,000.00 at the end of the second wear, $1,000.00
at the end of the third year, 82,000.00 at the end of the fourth

Section 5. Said special election called by this ordin-
ance is to be held at the same titeas the general municipal else-
tion in the City of HIsinore, but shall not be consolidated with
said Feneral municipal election. That there is hereby created
one consolidated voting precinct to be designated Consolidated
Voting Precinct A, which shall consist of a consolidation of are-
circts 1, 2 and 3 for the City of Elsinore, as established by the
Board of Sunervisors of the county of Overside, for seneral
state and county electicns therin, and as spid wen2Tal elections
therein, and as said general election nrecincts nov exist in said
City of Elsinore. That the nolling place for siad Consolidated
Voting Precinct A shall be at the City Hall on the east side of
Main Street between Graham and Prospect Streets in said City of
Elsinore. at the nersons herinafter named are hereby appointed
