STREETS AS 3UULR RDS ;.ND REPEALING ALL ORDIFfTCES INCONSISTENT
The City Council of the City of Elsinore.. State of
California.., does ordain the following;
ARTICLE I.
Sec.. 1. The folloring streets and parts of streets are here-
by, declared to constitute boulevards for the purpose of this
Ordinance
Graham Avenue from its intersection with the
Westerly line of Main Street to the Westerly
limits of the City of Elsinore.

Minthorn Street from its intersection with the
Westerly line of Main! Street to the northwesterly
limits of the City of Elsinore.
Spring Street from its intersection with the
Northerly line of Graham Street to its inter-
section ,with the Southerl- line of .M nthorn Street.
Sec. 2. Every operator of a vehicle traversing any street
intersecting any boulevard shall bring such vehicle to a full
stop at the intersection of such street with the nearest
property line of the boulevard before entering such boulevard,
providing the said intersection is clearly narked or signposted
as recfaired in this ordinance, unless such vehicle makes a
right hand turn onto the boulevard at such intersection.
Sec. 3. For the purpose of this ordinance, a vehicle is de-
fined as every device or animal by which any person or pro-
perty is or may be transported or drawn upon any street, ex-
cepting devices used exclusively upon rails, and the operator
of a vehicle is defined for the purpose of this ordinance as

any person who is in actual - physical control of a vehicle.
Sec. 4. The Chief of 'olice is hereby authorized and re-
quired to place or maintain, or cause to be placed or maintained
upon each and every street intersecting a boulevard, at or; -near
the property line of the boulevard, ap ropriate signs upon the
street or devices or marks in the roadway. such signs, devises
or marks to bear the morel "STOP" or the :cords "BOULEVARD S MP"
in such position and with letters of a. size to be clearly
legible from a distance of fifty feet along the street inter-
sectirgthe boulevard.
"ec. 5. This ordinance shill not be ex forcible against the
al.,.eged violator if at the time and place of the alleged vio-
l.ation, the sign herein required is not in proper position
and sufficiently legible to be seen by an ordinarily observant

See. 1. The operator of s,, vehicle shall not
turn such vehicle at the intersection of gain and Graham Streets
in a complete circle or in s - -h manner as to Droceed in the
opposite direction.
ARTICLE III.
See. 1. Any person violating the provisions of this ordin-
& =ace shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction there-
of, shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed $50.00 or by
imprisonment in the City jail for not More than five days or
by both such fine and imprisornent.
URTICLL IV.
Sec. 1. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
or inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are
hereby repealed.
See. 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage cE this
