No. 1924-160,; ; 011DINIAN CE NO. 160 AN ORDINANCE OF THE 0IT-7 OF ELSINORE PROVIDING FOR THE ISSU_ CE OF BONDS OF SKID CITY IN THE AiiOUNT OF $28,000.00 FOR THE ACQUISITION, CONSTRUCTION AND COMPLETION OF A SEWER SYSTMI FOR SAID CITY, AND FOR THE REDIWiPTION OF SAID BONDS. EHEREAS,_pursuant to Resolution No. 101 and Ordinance No. 151 of the City of Elsinore, a special election was duly and regularly held in said City on the 14th day of April, 1924, at which election there was submitted to the qualified voters of said City the following proposition, to wit; Shall the City of Elsinore incur a bonded indebtedness of Twenty -eight thousand dollars (4280000.00) for the purpose of the acquisition, and completion by the City of Elsinore of a cortain ;aunicipal improvement. to wit: A system of .works for the treatment and disposal of selvage from said City of Elsinore, including the acquisition of lands fo-r server farm purposes, the acquisition, construction and completion of a treatment plant and a sludge bed for treating said sewage, the reconstruction of the outfall sewer pipe line of said City, the acquisition of a se-,.-,;age pump, the 'reconstruction of the ser.age pumpirag plant of said City, axed the affouisition of machinery, equipment, apparatus, materials, lands, easements, rights of .gray, and property necessary therefor?
