RESOLUTION NO. 1290
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elsinore, that the attached exhibit A, 1969 -70
budget as prepared by the City Manager, Robert E. Myers, is hereby adopted as the official budget of the
City of Elsinore.

RESOLUTION NO. 1291
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELSINORE that the tax rate per one - hundred dollar
assessed valuation for the City of Elsinore for the fiscal year of 1969 -70 shall be as follows:
General Fund $1.00
Park Fund .30
Employee's Trust Fund .05
Total Tax Rate $1.35
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of July, 1969.

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elsinore that the City Manager is hereby
authorized to preceed with proposed Annexation No. 15

RESOLUTION NO. 1293
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELSINORE,
CALIFORNIA, PROPOSING RECOMMENDATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION
BY THE STATE HIGHWAY COMMISSION.
WHEREAS the City Council has considered Highway projects which they deem to be important to the growth
and development of the area and projects which are essential to safe highway travel and,
WHEREAS the City Council has considered the priorities of such projects,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council respectfully requests that the following projects
be considered by the State Highway commission and the Riverside County Department of Development as they
are listed below in order of priority:
I. Projects for Construction and /or Rights of Way Allocations to Permit Construction:
A. Route No. 71 - Corona to Alberhill.
II. Projects for Survey, Design, Preliminary Engineering and Commencement of Rights of Way Acquisition:
A. Highway 74 - Main Street to the intersection of
Grand Avenue and the Ortega Highway (Includes
Graham Avenue, Lakeshore Drive and Grand Ave.)
