by certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Elsinore, California, by the following vote:

and do hereby also certify that said resolution has not been recinded or amended and that said resolution

RESOLUTION NO. 1240
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elsinore recognizes that the econimic well -being of Lake
Elsinore Valley is dependent on tourist oriented attractions, and
WHEREAS, we further recognize the importance of improving the perimeter of Lake Elsinore in order to
attract development of public and private facilities, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elsinore, County of Riverside, State of California,
in regular session assembled on March 25, 1968, that the City of Elsinore is interested in cooperating
with the County of Riverside, State of California and the Lake Elsinore Recreation and Park District in
the development of a feasible program to increase the utilization of Lake Elsinore by the general public.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of March, 1968.
