WHEREAS, the State of California, through its De.Dartment of Public Works, Division
of Highways, has presented Amendment Number 3 to the Agreement for Maintenance of the State
Highway in the City of Elsinore , dated June 2 , 1950
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Amendment Number 3 in full and is
familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE. be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Elsinore that said
Amendment Number 3 is hereby approved and the 'Mlayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign
the sane on beha.1777 said City,

21 AM 22 OF AGREEMENT FOR 1111AINT} dANCE OF STATE HIGHWAYS _} -THIN
CITIES.
..MRFAS. the City of Elsinore and the Department of Public Works of the State of
California have heretofore entered in' to an - agreement dated June 26, 1950, rrovi ding for maintenance
of State highways within said City, and
1,T FEAS, it is provided in Sectioh 2 of said agreement that Sections 21 and 22 thereof
may ;;e modified with the consent of the parties acting by and through their authorized representatives,
and
iEREAS, the City Council of the .'ity o£Elsincre finds it convenient to authorize
representatives to enter into amendments of Sections 21 and 22 of said agreement from time to time
on behalf of said City,
DOW° THEREFORE, Be it Resolved by the City Council of the City of Elsinore , that the
Mayor or City Administrator of the City of Elsinore be and is hereby authorized to approve
amendments of said agreement as to
(a) The State highway routes affected by said agreement and the lengths and
descriptions thereof, all as set out in Section 21 of said agreement, and
(b) The delegation and apportionment between said City and Department of Public
Works of maintenance to be performed upon said routes, all as set out in Section
22 of said agreement,
and that they, or individually, are hereby authorized to execute any such amendment of said agreement
and to sign such amendment of said agreement on behalf of the City of Elsinore
ADOPTED this 10th day of November, 1958
