the City Council of the City of Elsinore did, on the 25th day of inly, 1955 pass an
ordinance declaring its intention to vacate that certain nortion of Library street described as follows:
That norticn of Lilrary Street lying weFterly of the westerly line of Spring Street
and between Block 4 and Block 2A of the original Townsite of Elsinore, as shown by

to change the zone bounfaries of Blocks 512-513-52343 and 8L.

before the planning commission were held on the first day of September 1955, at which time owners of nroperty
?!thin the effected area were heard.

as established by Ordinance 70. 349.
