CORDON HUNT City Clerk of the City of Elsinore RESOLUTION NO. 723 On a motion regularly made, seconded and carried, the follo�dng resolution was adopted, td-eit: ldi3REAS, the Bebeck and urkich Co. upon no fault of their oun and due to circumstances beyond their control, have been delayed in completing their contract of constructing, the Elsinore Outfall Sewer Plant; and '.THEREAS, the time limit is the essential part of the contract, they have asked the City Council of the City of Elsinore for an extension of time. NOY, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Elsinore, in regular session assembled this 25th day of February 1952, that an extension of time be granted until March 10, 1952 for the completion of the Elsinore Outfall Sewer Plant. I Hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly passed by the City Council of the City of Elsinore at a regular meeting thereof, held the 25th day of February 1952. H. Steuart for the sale of all garbage collected in the City of Elsinore, for a period of two years at the sum of $10.00 per month as per agreement. Said leave shall not be cumulated from one year to another.
