BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council that the Council investigated and found
it benificial to the City of Elsinore and that the City accept $500.00 from the Valley residents
and match it with an additional $500.00; the entire sum payable to the Santa Ana River Hater
Assn, with the provision that a generator be located in Elsinore Valley, subject to a contract
with a libility clause acceptable to the City Attorney.

Elsinore do hereby certify that the above and foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of a
resolution passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Elsinore
