County of Riverside a lease for the easterly room of the Elsinore City Hall, in the City of Elsinore, a copy of which lease
so authorized is hereto attached and made a part of this resolution.

BP. IT' RESOLVED by the Cite Council of the City of Elsinore, that it is to the advantage and best interests of
the City of Elsinore to lease the Elsinore Sewer Farm to H.S. Wagner, for a pericukof five years commencing on January lot
1948, and ending on December 31, 1952, for a rental of $200.00 per annum, in accordance with the terms and conditions of
that certain lease attached hereto; and the Mayor and City Clerk of said City are authorized and directed to execute and
deliver said lease to H.S. 'Wagner.
