RESOLUTION NO. 454
WHEREAS, the City of Elsinore is the owner of the following described real property, situate
in the said City of Elsinore, County of Riverside, State of CeiifonAn , more part.i.oulerly described
as:
That portion of the City. of }Elsinore, as shown on
map on file in Book 6, page 302 of Maps, Records
of San Diego County, California, by metes and bounds
as follows, to wit:
Beginning at the intersection of the Southerly
line of Graham Avenue and the Westerly line of Riley
Street, extended, in the City of Elsinore, said
County and State; thence North 71 degrees 30' 30" West along
the Southerly line of Graham Avenue, 150 fret; thence South
18 degrees 29' 30" West 250 feet; thence South 71 degrees
30' 30" East, 150 feet; thence North 18 degrees 29' 30" East,
250 feet to the point of beginning.
WHEREAS, theCity has no further noed of the same for any municipal purpose; and,
l'liiEREAS, the City has been offered the sum of 6110,000.00 by Vernon Radoicich for the said
property, and in the opinion of the Council that said sum is a fair price for the same, and it
would be for the benefit of the City of Elsinore that said property be sold for said sum;
NOW 7I Ei0EYORE, the Mayor and City Clerk of the said City are hereby authorized and directed
to execute a deed to said property to the said Vernon Radoicich and deliver the sane upon payment
into the CKy Treasury of the said sum.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elsinore at a regular meeting_ of said
Council held on the 2.8th day of April. 1947, by the following vote:

RESOLUTION NO. 455
WHEREAS the City of Elsinore is the owner of the following described real property,
situate in the said City of Elsinore, County of Riverside, State of California, more particularly
described as:
Lot 12, Block 6 of Country Club Heights,
Unit ;/2 as shown on map on file in Book 11,
Page 21 of Maps, Records of Riverside County,
California.
WHEREAS, the City has no further need of the same for any municipal purpose; and,
Bd:EREAS, the City has been offered the sum of Two Hundred Ninety -five (^;295.00) Dollars
by Jack Swain and Bonita Swain, husband and wife, for the said property, and in the opinion of
the Council the said sure is a fair price for the same, and it would be for the benefit of the
City of Elsinore that said property be sold for said sum;
N97 THEREFORE, the Mayor and City Clerk of the said City are hereby authorized and directed
to execute a deed to said property to the said Jack Swain and Bonita Swain, husband and wife,
and deliver the same upon payment into the City Treasury of the said sum.
I, Paul Ruenzli, duly appointed, qualified and acting City Clerk of the City of
Elsinore, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of the resolution
adopted by the City Council of the City of Elsinore at a regular meeting t -ereof held on the 12th
day of May, 1947.
