RESOLUTION NO. 428
BE IT RESOLVED that the Fayor and City Clerk of the City of Elsinore be and they are hereby
authorized to execute for and on behalf of the City of Elsinore, a lease covering Lots 1 and 2 in
Block 15 of the Town of Elsinore, to C. R. Gough, iC. II. Ptesner and Arthur Bodine as joint tenants
and as trustees for Lynn Mort Fort No. 200 of the American Legion for a period of twenty -five
years at an annual rental of One Dollar and on the conditions and terms set out in the attached
copy of a proposed lease.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said property is not now necessary for the use of the City
of Elsinore for park or other purposes, and that it will be to the advantage of the City of Elsinore
and the residents thereof that the said property be used as a clubhouse for American Legion pur-
poses and for a swimming pool.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that that certain lease dated February 9th, 1942, between the City of
Elsinore, a Iunicipal Corporation, and C. R. Gough, M. B. i9esner and Arthur Bodine as joint tenants
and as trustees for Lynn lMort Post No. 200 of the American Legion, be and the same is hereby cancelled
by agreement with the said lessees nacied in said lease.

the City of Elsinore, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of a
resolution adopted at a meeting of the City Council held on the 13th day of Pay, 1946.

RESOLUTION NO. 429
HIS RESOLUTION setting salaries (dated M.ay 27, 1946) to be paid on well drilling job at
'".1.50 per hour for Complex Equipment operator (skilled labor) ;71.00 per hour for common labor.
No more than eight hours in any one day; also time and one half for overtime.
RESOLUTION NO. 430
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Elsinore, that effective June 1, 1946,
the salary of the City Hall janitor be fixed at the sum of 521.00 per month.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Elsinore, that effective June 1,
1946, the salary of the park custodian be fixed at the sum of ". 4.00 per month.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elsinore, that effective June 1,
1946, Charles Runnels be employed as City Hall janitor and Park custodian until the further order
of Council.

RESOLUTION NO. 431
RESOLUTION OF THE. COUNCIL OF TH'. CITY OF
ELSINOR'i, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DEED.
RESOLVED that the deed dated the 17th day of pay, 1946, executed by V. 3:. Hyde, County Tax
Collector of Riverside County, State of California, granting to the City of Elsinore, a municipal
corporation, all that real property situated in the City of !?.lsinore, County of Riverside, State
of California, described as follows:
Lots 62, 63, 65, 66, and 69 in Block 14 of Unit
No. 3, Country Club Heights, as shown by map
on file in Book 11, page 34 of :aps, records of
Riverside County, California,
be, and the same is hereby accepted.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elsinore, at
a regular meeting of said Council, held in the City Ball on the 31st day of tray, 1946, by the
following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen: Mayor Tarpley, Merrifield, Allen
Goodwin, and Matich
