RESOLUTION NO. 418
BE IT RESOLVED: That the *Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Elsinore, California, be and
they hereby are authorized to enter into an agreement for and on behalf and in the name of the
City Council of the City of Elsinore, v:ith the Board Supervisors of the County of Riverside,
State of California, for the purchase of certain property located in the City of Elsinore, State of
California, under and pursuant to the provisions of the Revenue and 'Taxation Code of California,
a copy of which agreement is hereto attached.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elsinore at a regular meeting of said
City Council held on the 14th day of January 1946 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Merrifield, Tenge, James, Tarpley, Mayor Matich
NOES: None

RESOLUTION No. 419
BE I'T RESOLVED: That the 1:ayor and City Clerk of the City of Elsinore be and they are
hereby authorized to execute for and on behalf of the City of Elsinore, a lease covering the
Westerly 140 feet of Lot 3 in Block 15 of the 'Poem of Elsinore, to E. H. McKenzie, Guy Kremer,
L. L. Beck, I. Merrifield, P. L. Senseman and Ilerbert ::ales, and to their successors as members
of Troop Committee No. 36 of Boy Scouts of America, for a period of twenty -five years at an
annual rental of one dollar, and on the conditions and terms set out in the attached copy of a
proposed lease.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said property is not now necessary for the use of the
City of Elsinore for park or other purposes, and that it will be to the advantage of the City of
Elsinore and the residents thereof that the said property be used as a clubhouse for Boy Scouts
of America purposes.
I, Paul Kuenzli, the duly elected, qualified and acting City Clerk of the City of
Elsinore, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of a resolution
adopted at a meeting of the City Council held on the 14 day of January, 1946.
