AN ORDINANCE OF INTENTION TO VACATE
A PORTION OF LANGSTAFF STREET.
The City Council of the City of Elsinore, does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1: It is hereby declared to be the intention of
the City Council of the City of Elsinore to vacate the following
street located in the City of Elsinore, to -wit:
That portion of Langstaff Street lying
North of State Highway No. 395.
Reference is hereby made to a map on file in the office of
the City Clerk of the City of Elsinore, for particulars of the pro-
posed vacation.
SECTION 2: The Council Chamber of the City Hall in the
City of Elsinore is hereby fixed as the place, and the 12th day
of August, 1946, at the hour of g o'clock P. M., as the time,
where and when all persons objecting to the proposed vacation may
be heard.
SECTION 3: 71ze Street Superintendent is hereby directed
to post notices of the proposed street vacation, conspicuously
along the line of the street proposed to be vacated, not more than
300 feet apart and not less than three in number.
SECTION 4: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the
Elsinore Leader- Press.
