HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd. No. 1946-263ORDINANCE NO. 263 An Ordinance of the City of Elsinore, Amending Section 2 of Ordinance No, 203. The Mayor and Council of the City of Elsinore, do ordain as follows: Section 1: Section 2 of Ordinance No. 203 is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 2: A discount of 15% will be allowed on all water bills paid before the 10th day of the calendar month following the month in which said bills were in- curred. The water superintendent is hereby authorized to turn off the water and discontinue water service to any property where the bill for water service is not paid by the 20th day of the month following the calendar month in which service was rendered, and a charge of $1.00 shall be made for turning the water on again after payment of the outstanding account. Section 2: Ordinance No. 211, and all ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed. Section 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the adop- tion of this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the Elsinore Leader - Press.
