First may we go on record that we are in favor of the Pacific Pride project. As we stated in our conversation we are concerned about the potential for increased traffic on Spring Street. Our property is almost directly across from the proposed improvement. To egress our property it is necessary to back out of our driveway onto Spring Street, Having commercial trucks entering and exiting all on ,Spring Street could make it potentially difficult to get out of our driveway. Is it possible for the Pacific Pride facility to enter on Mint Street, and exit onto Spring Street (as the Downs facility does currently) so that those of us on the other side of .Spring Street can enter and exit our properties without having to dodge truck traffic in bath directions.
