MINUTES MOVED BY STRIGOTTE, SECONDED BY KNIGHT AND CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 27, 1984 AS PRESENTED. 4. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT - None. 5. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS - None. 6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS A. Commercial Project 84-i1 - Taco Bell - Request for Reconsideration of Twenty (20) foot Freestandin9 Sign. Mr. Corcoran reported that staff is not adverse to a twenty (20) foot freestanding sign for Taco Bell. Staff recommends Condition No. 1 of Commercial Project 84-11 be amended to read as follows: 1. Applicant is to provide no more than one (1) freestanding sign along Mission Trail that is restricted to height of twenty (20) feet. NEW BUSINESS A. Economic Development Plan - Lake Elsinore. Mr. Molendyk commented on the proposal submitted by Wedin Enterprises, Inc., for Economic Enhancement in Lake Elsinore. Mr. Wedin's expertise in the field of economic development would be very beneficial to the future development of Lake Elsinore. Mr. Molendyk clarified that the total cost of the agreement would not exceed twenty-thousand dollars ($20,000)> reimbursement expenses must be approved by the Board or the City Manager. Also, the City Attorney stated that in the case of non-performance of a9reed upon terms of the contract, the agreement could be cancelled within thirty (30) days. Board discussion followed.
