1. CALL TO ORDER
The Regular Meetin9 of the Redevelopment Agency was called to order at 11:23 p.m.
by Chairman John Matson.

Also present were: Executive Director Modesti, City Attorney Harper, Interim
City Manager Norton, Community Development Director Corcoran, City Engineer Culp
Finance Director Barrick and Clerk of the Board Money.
MINUTES
THE MINUTES OF AUGUST 14, 1984 WERE APPROVED AS PRESENTED.
4. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT
Ms. Modesti reported she has completed contacting outlying husinesses, informing
them of the low-interest loan program available through the County. The County
has indicated a good response to this program. Also, she has taken pictures
up and down Main Street and will take pictures again when the revitalization
of the downtown area is complete.
A. Introduction of Ayres and Son Industrial Project and Request for RDA Funds.
Ms. Modesti stated a letter has been received from Frank Ayres and Son
outlining their plans for an industrial building an� mini-storage area
on Collier Avenue. They will be submitting a formal request to the
Agency for assistance, in the near future.

A, Conditional Use Permit 84-7 - Rick Aguado - Eleven Acre Recreational
Vehicle Park.
MOVED BY STRIGOTTE, SECONDED BY VALENZUELA AND CARRIED TO CONCUR WITN COUPdCIt
ACTION OF AUGUST 14, 1984 AND APPROVE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 84-7 SUBJECT
TO FORTY-ONE CONDITIONS AS AP1ENDED.
B. Agreement with Willard Corporation.
Ms. f4odesti requested this item be continued to the next meeting on
September 11, 1984, to allow time to arrange a meeting with the applicant,
Mr. Burkhart.
