CALL TO ORDER The Regular Meetina of the Redevelopment Agency was called to order by Chairnerson Torn at 12:31 a.m. 2. ROLL CALL PRESENT: BOARDMEMBERS: KNIGHT, �1AC MURRAY, TORN, VALENZUELA, UNSblORTH ABSENT: BOARDMEMBERS: NONE Also present were: Executive Director Trevino, City Attorney Porter, City Engineer/Public 4lorks Director Rubel, Finance Director Barrick, City Planner Corcoran and Clerk of the Board Money. 3. MINUTES - January 24, 1984 - Regular Meeting MOVED BY VALENZUELA, SECONDED BY MAC MURRAY APJD CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY TO APPRO�E THE MINUTES OF JANUARY 24, 1984 AS PRESENTED. 4. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT Tax Allocation Bonds - Issue of 198� - Mr. Trevino reported that the Preliminary Official Statement regarding the Tax Allocation Bond Issue is in the City Clerk's Office. Anyone wishing to review this information may do so in the Clerk's office. 5. 4<1RITTEN COMMUNICATIONS Letter from Frank H. Ayres & Son Construction Company Mr. Trevino reported he has received a letter from Mr. Frank Ayres who has purchased property on Collier Avenue which is an existing tire storage yard. Mr. Ayres intends to submit a plot plan for an industrial park in the near future. Tires are now beina removed from the site. 6. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS - None. 7. UNFINISHED BUSINESS - None. 8. Finding of conformance to current General Plan. 2. Issuance of a Negative Declaration. 3. Findina of no significant impact upon the environment. 4. Applicant to construct a six (6) foot high decorative block �aall or equivalent of a design approved by the Planning Department uoon all sides of applicant's property. 5. Provide parking area as required by Planning Department. 6. Landscaping will be provided adjacent outside walls, as anproved by Planning Department.
