A. Tax Allocation Bonds
Mr. Trevino reported that Attorney Eugene fJazarek is preparina the
final paper��rork prior to the sale of the bond issue. �,ttorney
Nazarek also has requested the Agency adjourn to Tuesday, January 31,
7484, at which time all required documents will be ready and ore-
sented for Agency approval.
5. trRITTEh COP-1MUNICATIONS
P,. Extension of E-Z Products Request
Mr. Trevino reported he has received a letter from John Rainsford,
President of E-Z Products Company reouestinq an extension of the
Memorandum of Understanding with the City, with reaard to nis company's
relocation to Lake Flsinore. Jody Flall-Esser, Assistant Executive
Director of the Culver City Redevelopment Agency has assured us, in
a letter dated December 21, 1983, that P1r. Rainsford is in serious
negotiations with the Culver City Redevelopment Agency and an agree-
ment should be reached very soon.
Based on this assurance, staff recommends P^r. Rainsford be yiven an
additional three (3) months in which to conclude negotiations with
Culver City Redevelopment Agency and commence his move to Lake Elsinore.
